This policy applies to purchases of services from AlphaCyberOps and is intended to align with Indian consumer protection principles (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable E-commerce Rules).
This policy covers cancellations and refunds for Service engagements: project sprints (one-time), and monthly retainers.
Media budgets, third-party tools, themes/plugins, and similar pass-through costs are non-refundable and billed at cost.
If you believe work is defective or not per the SOW, notify us within seven (7) days with details. We will investigate and, if verified, provide a reasonable remedy (e.g., rework, credit, or partial refund depending on circumstances).
Email billing@alphacyberops.com with your invoice number, SOW reference, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within five (5) business days.
